A particularly disturbing bill put together under the auspices of “protecting” innocent farm owners from the encroaching liberal farmarrazzi has been killed after numerous revisions. Thank goodness as it stunk of Good-Ole-Boyerism from the get go and, as originally presented, would have made it a potentially dangerous action to simply stand by the side of any public road and take a picture of anything on the other side of a fence.
